Is CutOptim really free?

Yes. You can run 2 optimizations without signing up. A free account gives you 3 optimizations per month and every tool — PDF, CSV, Excel, DXF and SVG export, your company logo, edge banding, cost mode, offcut inventory and more. Pro adds unlimited 2D, 1D and wood runs (template and SketchUp jobs and Surface mode each have a monthly allowance), cloud saving of projects and cuts, sharing plans by link and priority support.

How does the Pro subscription work?

Secure payment, billed monthly or yearly. Cancel anytime with no commitment.

What export formats are available?

A free account gets every export: PDF (with your company logo), CSV, Excel (XLSX), DXF and SVG, plus panel labels. Without an account you can export PDF and CSV. The quotation PDF is part of the Workshop plan.

Is there a money-back guarantee?

Yes, every Pro subscription comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, we will refund you.

What are pay-as-you-go credit packs?

A credit pack is a one-time purchase — no subscription. You buy 10 or 25 optimizations and use them whenever you need. Ideal if you only cut a few projects a year. Credits add runs only — cloud saving and share links stay Pro. While you hold credits, your PDFs carry no CutOptim footer line.

When are my credits used?

Your 3 free monthly optimizations are always used first. Once they run out, each extra optimization that month draws one credit, starting from the pack that expires soonest.

Do credits expire?

Each pack is valid for 12 months from purchase. Your dashboard shows your current balance and the earliest expiry date. Unused credits after that date are forfeited.
