What our users rate us

Every rating below comes from someone who ran a real cutting job in CutOptim. We ask once per device, after a successful optimization — never before you have seen a result, and never twice.

How this number is calculated

• Every rating counts, whatever it says. We do not filter by score, and there is no setting that could hide a low one.
• Only two things are excluded, and neither depends on the score: duplicate submissions from the same person, and our own test entries. Spam is removed the same way.
• Comments are read before they appear, to keep out personal data and abuse. A comment we do not publish still counts as a rating — moderation applies to the text, never to the score.
• We only publish text from people who were told it may be shown. Ratings collected before we said so are counted, but their comments stay private.
• Nobody is identified. We do not ask for a name, we never show an email address, and the page shows only the language and the month.
