CutOptim is an online cutting optimization application that enables the creation of 1D linear and 2D panel cutting plans. The service is available in Free, Pro, and Business tiers, each with different feature sets and usage limits.
Registration is required for certain features. You are responsible for your account security and password confidentiality. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent free tier limits is prohibited. One person or entity may hold one account per tier.
CutOptim software, design, and content are the intellectual property of the service provider. Cutting plans and projects created by users remain the property of the user. Guides and calculator content published on CutOptim are licensed under Creative Commons Attribution (CC-BY). You may share and adapt this content with appropriate credit. User-uploaded data (material lists, project files) remains solely the property of the user.
The service may only be used for lawful purposes. Reverse engineering, automated data collection, scraping, and intentional system overload are prohibited. You may not use the service to compete with or replicate CutOptim functionality.
Each subscription tier includes specific API usage limits. Free tier: limited to the web interface only. Pro tier: up to 1,000 API requests per month. Business tier: up to 10,000 API requests per month. Exceeding these limits may result in temporary throttling or suspension of API access. Custom limits are available upon request for Business tier customers.
Pro and Business subscriptions are available for a monthly or annual fee via Stripe. Subscriptions are valid until the end of the current billing period. Cancellation is possible at any time and takes effect at the end of the current period. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee: if you are not satisfied with your Pro or Business subscription, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. Refund requests should be sent to info@cutoptim.com.
We target 99.9% uptime for Pro and Business tier users. While we strive for maximum availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. The Free tier is provided on a best-effort basis without uptime commitments.
CutOptim provides optimization results "as is." The service does not guarantee perfect results. The provider is not liable for material damages resulting from incorrect cutting plans. Users should always verify cutting plans before executing physical cuts.
We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time. Registered users will be notified of significant changes via email at least 30 days before they take effect.
